PAYDAY LOAN NIGHTMARE

Posted in Debt 8 months ago, 2 replies

I got a payday with a company I thought was in the U.S. I later found out that the call center is in the UK. They charged me outrageous fees. They never had me sign a contract online and never mailed me a copy of the contract. IS THIS LEGAL BY UK LAW FOR US RESIDENTS? They also refused to mail me a copy when I asked. They refused to give me their address, stating its because their in the UK. Finally, when I did get a U.S. address. They still refuse to send me a copy of the contract and terms and conditions. I told them I want to review them and to have a copy for my records. They refused. At first they refused to give me the address. They asked why I wanted it. They refused to give me their Moneygram receiver code. But later I got it. I have done research on this company and found out that they practise poor business in the U.S. I WANT TO KNOW IF I HAVE TO PAYBACK WHAT THEY SAY I OWE THEM. I ONLY BORROWD 200.00. THEY SAY I OWE OVER 700.00. DO I HAVE TO PAY THIS? I LIVE IN OHIO. USA

Im sure that by law you have to be a citizen in that country. Payday loans are a great way to get that extra little bit of cash when you need to fill up that gas tank, get the rest of the rent money, or just want to go do some shopping. Quick, easy, and fast, payday loans provide that much needed extra money when the time arises. Next time I will use payday loan
