divorce...

can my husband make me go to court and can he make me pay for half the divorce?
he is in another realtionship and is expecting a child with this woman..there is also domestic abuse...the only thing was i never charged him..it happen over two years ago...what are my right here...do i have any?

i was seprated from last one year can i get divorce from my husband? if he want to me come back? in that situation can i get divorce?pls reply..
