I have a suspended liscence and drove last night, needless to say I was pulled over... I lied about who I was for fear of going to jail.... I rec'd a ticket under my brother's name and was told to come down to the station and provide my identity or he would find me and charge me with obstruction... I want to go down and come clean... What am I looking at if I am charged with obstruction?
