please help

going through a divorce for 7 years now we have a house with both our names on the deed.he was granted possession of home by court order because him and our daughter lived in it. he physically does not live in the home as not for about a year or two.My daughter who is going to be 20 resides there.He will not let me visit her there and does not allow her to let me come there other then picking her up or he will ? and what are my steps to remove this order so that i can live in my home since he no longer lives there

what do i need to file and how do I do it to change a court ordered petition granted exclusive possession of a residence(that my x and I both own) back in 2006 He was grated this because our daughter remained in the home with him to finish school there.Our daughter is now 20 and living in home with her daughter and x does notlive in home and has not lived in home since 2007.we are still not divorced .
