My brother was working for a car valet company (Audi) in north Wales, he had been working there for a considerable period also signed a written contract. Last month he went on holiday which he had booked a number of months previous on his return the actual boss was also away on his holiday, there was a stand in boss from Audi main office covering. While my brother was away the stand in had employed two others conveniently of which he knew, he had then accused my brother of not washing a vehicle when in fact he had. This individual then asked my brother to hand over his swipe card and leave as he was sacked. He received no written warning no formal warning he had done nothing wrong, but is convinced this particular manager who has worked there previously has it in for him and took the opportunity to employ other staff when he was away and sack him on the spot for no reason. The actual manager is yet to return from his holiday, but I would like some advice on my brothers behalf. As he is not a child, this wasn't a Saturday job and he has bills to pay as we all do.
