sept./05 i was charged with cltvation/possession. itent to traffick. gr-op was still growing. pleading guilty, no criminal record. 2 coaccused as well pleading not guilty. crown keeps posponning mine, he wants 2 guilty convictions. My question is- do I have good reason to ask Judge for a dismissal? I do not think I have been treated with fair justice. Thankyou. sharon mcvannell
