I live in a dorm room ...and a RA which means residence life administrator walked in with a complaint of a beer funnel in the room . she found nothing and then told us to open our refrigerator that we bought. this is there college policy .."Residence Life staff members also have the right to search a College issued hot/cold unit if there is any suspicion of an illegal substance inside." but our fridge is not college issued . we bought our own. They then said if we do not open it then they will call security.. can they do this?
