I run my post office business from a leased property, length of lease is 15 years with 11 years remaining and 3 yearly rent review. The Post Office have decided to close my business. I cannot afford to apy the rent without any income from the premises. How can I terminate or get out of this lease contract. There is no break-up clause in the lease agreement.
