Is a collective agreement a legal document such that an alias can be leaglly interpreted as aversion?

Should a party on a union executive and part of a collective agreement bargaining team sign a successful contract, on behalf of a local using an alias be open to successful prosecution? Considering that 99% were unaware at the time it was an alias on both sides is the contract binding?
