I have 3 children with my ex and he pays 300.00 a month and will not pay more Ive asked for help and he refuses.He is also mental,physical.emotional abusive to the children. I need youre advice. I am now married its been 1 1/2 years now. We have 5 children in our home 4 are mine and one is my step son. My ex is a stubborn man, 300.00$ goes in grocerys a week.
