I have been with the father of my 1 year old son for almost 4 years. We have been living together for about the same amount of time. In april of this year he got involved with another woman he broke things off with her and she kept on looking for him. well needless to say he still continues with her and is lying to me bout it. well i had an incedent with her where we got into a fight and i am risking 7 months in jail. what i want to know basically is can i do anything to her number one because she is with him and she knows we are together and i even have emails that she sent to a guy friend saying that they were going to get married and we are still living together. what can i do? and also she has givin he and i herpes and genital warts is there anything i can do about that? he is with her and her kids more than his own son and me. he pays her bills and the kids are not his.
