sir actually my father has taken a property long time back at my birth place and he took it on the name of his younger brother,my father paid all the installments for that property but he ditched him and at the time of last installment he registered it on his name, so we fought a case against him and that got in favour of us. but as my father is posted somewhere else so we are not staying at that place but my younger chahji is staying there and he also buyed a proprty somewhere esle so he shifted there but gave that propery to that brother who has registered on his name.nw what can we do please help me out.
