Is it possible to get child support?

I have a 3 year old son, i moved from Ontario to Saskatchewan in march, when he was 2. His father never had anything to do with him, there was never any custody put in place, or child support. Is there a way I can get child support and custody without havin to fly or drive back to Ontario for court?
