*STATUTORY DECLARATION*
PART ONE: Fulfilment of Statutory Provisions
*The following statement is of my own creation to fulfil the provisions of Section 107, 1A of the Evidence Act 1958 (Vic.) that gives this statutory declaration legal validity. Its purpose is of my ownership of this declaration and formal recognition of the penalties imposed resultant of the violations of the provisions of the Evidence Act 1958 (Vic.) and of a false statutory declaration.
By the Authority I solemnly, sincerely and faithfully recognise in Her Majesty the Queen and the State of Victoria, I submit this statutory declaration, bearing full accountability for its contents, acknowledging Her Majesty’s and the State of Victoria’s laws that so shall give this declaration legal validity by provision, with the total affirmation of my onus to this declaration and recognition of the penalties resultant should it be false. Such affirmation and ownership should make it valid and admissible in a court of Her Majesty the Queen in the State of Victoria. And with this onus I shall bear any punishment resultant of my own declaration as I have incurred upon myself by submission and legal affirmation to it, as the laws of Her Majesty and the State of Victoria provide. So help me God.
