i recvd classic car in divorce. title is in someone elses name and a dope deal was made by my Now ex to have motor worked on. i have been lied too for two years where the motor is. i live in kansas and people with car live in missoure. how do i and where do i persue legal help. i am on social security and very limited in funds.
