My father's estate is now in probate. All the Canadian estate was left to me. He does own property in Cuba and that was left to his wife. The probate states the cuban property is valued at 30,000 . I have no clue what to do because it appears that I have to pay the tax but yet it was left to his wife and I have no idea where or how to contact her. Can you please advise me in regards to this problem. Thank-you
