My aunt died intestate,no will.She has a Co-op Condo, RRSps & bank a/cs.The probate lwy needs the death cert of her father who's also deceased,but he changed his name ,not legally nor offically before she was born.They are from Jamaica,but she was residing in Canada,where she died August 25/08. Can U please help ? Thanks
