statued of limitations on statutory rape and do they have legal rights to the child

i live in the state of missouri and i would like to know if i could press charges on someone for statutory rape. when i was 16 a 21 year old man provided me with liqour and got me pregnant. my mother wanted to press charges but didnt. can i press charges? Does he have any legal rights to my daughter? I am now 29 years old and my daughter is 12 going on 13.
