I lent a substantial amount of money to a now ex-boyfriend... many, many months ago. I want to get it back.
How do I start legal proceeding to accomplish this? and can I include all the interest ac cured from the amount borrowed (I pay interest on my line of credit from which the money came)
There was also damage done to my home from this individual (broken doors,window) can I include the cost of replacement for the damaged items and labor cost for repair/installation?
I have a voice message he left on my phone saying he would pay me back every cent ... with interest.... is this helpful?
