i recently had bailiffs at my house, they gained access inside by tricking me, the debt was my mothers and she wasnt in to pay them so they stormed through the house, including bedrooms looking for things to take, they threatened to take my cats and dogs,which belong to me, tv, washing machine etc. my mum arrived home intime to pay them in full and they left, then as i checked my bedroom i found that a small sum of money i had was gone. so as they have received full payment is it classed as theft to also take my money ? and can they take your pets ?
