My boyfriend was recently in a fight with another bloke which resulted in a damaged tooth!my bf has agreed to ay for dental ware however i need help on how to go about this!is there a way that provided we have agreed we can pay so much a month??or do we have to pay upfront in full??plus the victim wants payment for prescriptions etc since the incident in sept however he has had no problems going out on the drink every weekend since!therefore i do not feel we should pay for prescriptions he may not have needed if he hadnt prolongued his suffering by not drinking on tablets.

What my bf did was wrong but the visctim is a know pain and i know he will take the mick!ive asked for a all reciepts?is that correct?also i thought if you go to an emergency nhs doctor you would not pay for the treatment?help!!
