Car accident

My daugther and 2 month old grandson were hit by a car yesterday, the stroller was knocked over and skidded and my daughter was knocked over, she is injured and needs physio and is having trouble holding the baby and sleeping, the drive was charged in this accident, what i want to know is my daughter intittled to sue for her injuries
