My elder widowed sister with no issues and I bought a piece of vacant land which was mutually partitioned. As proposed by her a dwellingunit comsistingof ground floor and first floor was constructed on her plot of land on a cost-sharing basis (50:50). My contribution was sent to her but I did not keep an account as she had promised to do so. There as no written agreement between us.

She now refuses to give me any legal documentation to prove that the ground floor belongs to me as she alleges that my husband would sell off my portion which is utterly hearsay and false. We have no intention to sell. However, can we rent it out ? Pleasae advise
