IS IT LEGAL FOR A MAGISTRATE TO LIMIT A PERSON IN COURT TO ONLY A GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY PLEA. I WANTED TO ENTER NO CONTEST PLEA AND WAS NOT ALLOWED.I FEEL MY RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED.
