what do i need to file and how do I do it to change a court ordered petition granted exclusive possession of a residence(that my x and I both own) back in 2006 He was grated this because our daughter remained in the home with him to finish school there.Our daughter is now 20 and living in home with her daughter and x does not live in home and has not lived in home since 2007.we are still not divorced .
