My mother in law lived with a man for 1.5 yrs.,their both names were on the lease,she has since passed away on Oct.20 of this year,their relationship ended when she was in the hosp in Sept.he will not give her family any of her belongings or her furniture,he didn't have anything coming into the relationship,how can we get her things back?
