I was given a pnc for selling alcohol to a minor, but there were ommiting circumstances, was being stalked and the stalker came in and harassed me, whilst the under age person was in the store.. i honestly didnt see the underage person, just wanted everyone out of the shop so i could try to deal with the stalker.. anyway the police came in told me what i did and i explained the circumstances to which he said, under those circumstances i am going to give you a caution and a fine, if the fine is paid within 21 days everything will be dropped and nothing will be brought up again, so i paid the fine the next day, lost my job and i have now been told that my name has been spread over the local papers saying that a hearing at magistrates court was held in regards to me selling alcohol to a minor.. at no point was i told this was going to court, so feel very agreived right now... where do i stand?
