ok, we lost our familiy member, my brother, when he died at war. He had been married for 4 months, and had then gone straight out to war. In his will he left it to his wife, however, he put his home adress which is with us. He was very very close to us as a family, and always told his mother he'd leave her financially settled if it came to the worse. When a will is done before a war little information is given out, its more too the fact of 'are you married, if so put your wifes name' my brother wasn't given detail on what that just meant, and just how much us as a family would be set aside. RIght now we are fundraising up to 50k in aid soldiers, whilst trying to get to work to keep the house to earn money and live, despite us griefing. On the other hand his wife has detatched herself from us, isnt working, frequent partying and rolling in all £300,000 of his life insurance. My question is, is there anyway his parents could win the right to some of that money though court, my brother would not have wanted this at all.
