Hello
I give "Breeder " 40$ Deposit 1 day ago, Then i found out that His puppy "German Shepherd" is not poor breed. (He told me it is a poor breed)
And I need money now, So i Called him he said i can't give you deposit ,because i don't have money and there is only 5$ in my spoon.
His dogs are not registered and he is breeder. Which means he is doing it unlegal. And dogs was in bad condition, So i think if he will not give me my deposit, I will call Police or take Lower.
Only on recite it says not refundable , but it his responsibility to tell me about that . I'm from another country and this is discrimination. What you think what should i do, He didn't have any papers to give me. What I have to do?
