I have bought a new build house, at the time I agreed with the builder to pay at least half my back garden to get turfed and he gave me a quote for the rest but never got back to him with a yes or a no. so the guys came and turfed all my back garden so thought the builder was going to wavier it. so the site forman came to my door just after it got done and said there has been an error about your garden they have done it all but if i don't pay the quoted price they will take half of it back up, so i refused to pay the quoted price and said the error was not caused by me it was with the builder for not passing the instructions on,so can they come and take half of it back up?I have said I will pay aleast half of the quoted price but not full as its not my error and to take things futher can I get them done for tresspassing on my land now?
