I have let my property to the PCHA for the last 8 years. Now I want to take the keys back and we made an appointment, which I could not keeep. I called and cancelled thinking I would be able to make another appointment. Now they tell me I have to pick up the keys from their offices, as they will not be making another appointment. Is this even legal? We had to do so many different things to make them happy to hand over the keys to begin with. How does this work?
