I live in Florida. My uncle died without a will so his estate is divided 1/3 to each  my aunts; and, because my mother is dead , my sister and I share her 1/3 so 1/6 each.
My sister wants to disinherit herself for a variety of reasons but only if
her 1/6 goes to me and not back into the estate to be divided. The lawyer handling the estate does not know the answer. Please advise; any help would be appreciated
