A man from telus contacted us and offered tv package to us. We decided to take the deal and we signed a three year contract. After the devices were installed we realized that it wasn't at all what we'd been promised. We have contacted telus and they are not being cooperative. There is also a recording of the man making this deal to us however refuse to discuss the matter. is there anything that we can do?
