My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have three children, ages 10, 12 and 15. Five months ago he took my name off of the accounts. I no longer have access to any money or information regarding money. This has caused some problems with running the household and I am constantly having to ask for money for groceries, hair appts, school-related issues, clothing for children, etc. Today my sons went to school with barely anything to eat for lunch - dry crackers and an apple. I need to know what my legal rights are. What are my options?
