Here is the issue and i really just need advice as far as how to proceed and get this taken care of:
My boyfriend and i lived together for 4 years and had a 2 year old. I was pregnant with our second when he had an affair with his supervisor at work. We decided to break up after our lease was up. we were kinda still working on things, but he was still seeing her behind my back and it just is what it is. he had a friend that was in the process of joining the military so because i told him i was going to take him to court for child support, and our 3 year old was in private school, he decided the military would be a good place to go to earn the money he needed to support his kids. within 2 weeks he was getting ready to sign papers and they told him if he was married he'd make more money and since money was his purpose for joining he decided to marry this supervisor from work. they married him right in that office the next day. Now it has been a year and a half and he has been deployed and in training for most of that time and we have decided to recencile. problem is, he married her. he realizes it was a big mistake, but now they have joint accounts and two leased cars and other stuff like tv's etc... and he is stationed in Iraq. Not due home till next december. What is the best coarse of action here? is an anullment possible at this point? If he must divorce, how can he do this from iraq without loosing his bonus money for joining the military in the first place? cars? etc.....

I appreciate your help and advice. This is all the way around complicated and i just need to know how to proceed. he's not one to ask questions and i just don't want us to loose so much financially. after all last year i spent close to 5,000 hiring and attourney to establish child support. it was never followed through and taken to court because we decided to get back together.
