How do I get unclaimed funds from a forclosure ??

Dear Sirs : What are the right forms to get for a notice of motion and a affidavit for unclaimed funds in Saratoga,NY ? Its from overpaid taxes on a foclosure 6 years ago! The amoumt is $687 , the same as a lawyer would charge!! I need some help! Could you ?? Thanks, Fred V
