I am 9 months pregnant, the father is not in the picture. He is abusive, I am still legally married however, because I was told while pregnant filing for divorce is a waste of time. Because I am married will he have to be listed on the birth certificate? Can I state father unknown or leave it blank? Did I mention my husband wants nothing to do with the baby and does not even believe it is his? HELP!! (in state of Mississippi)
