My son had his leg badly broken in an 'off the ball'tackle.
The police are investigating but unless their are independant witnesses,they said their may not be a prosecution.
My son will be off for 6 months and will lose wages.
Do I have a claim with the sports centre where it happened ? and do I need to see an injury lawyer ?
