My brother is going to be a father any day now. It should be a happy occaision however he and the mother are no longer together and she has moved away. She refuses to allow my brother to attend the birth and is making all sorts of threats and conditions in regards to my brother being able to see his son. All she wants is the money. How can we insure that his name will appear on the birth certificat and should he hope that she will come around or should he proceed with the legal route. She has also said she was moving to the U.S. What to do!?
