My boyfriend has been working for a company for 8 years in July he was to be trained for a new position by an employee. The employee that was training him had been under surveillance by the company for 6 months for embezzelement. They finally arrested him 2 weeks after my boyfriend started the route. At first my boyfriends job said they had it handled and the other guy was fired and he was okay. Then about 2 weeks ago the store suddenly pressed charges for a class u felony because the other guy said my boyfriend knew what was going on the whole time in the amount of $200. I am wondering if you think he will get jail time
