my sister and her ex-partner are currently going through a court case regarding parentla responsability and access of ther 7 year old daughter initally my sister resieved legal aid however she resentl got a job and legal aid has been stopped her solisiter says she can no-longer represent her unles she pays which she can not afford the case has already started and her solisiter say her only options are to pay fees she can not afford or represent her self of cousre she does not want to represent herself as she does not understand the legal system but does she have any other option?
