what are my rights if been living common-law for 4 years.there has been a volent act done resently, which resulted in beening shoved and having my knee cap broken in 3 places which in turn has caused surgery and not beening able to work at this time and possibly more surgery in the future I have maintained the flowerbeds ,grass and household chores.I have bought stuff for the home but not contributed to the bills I didn't make enough since I 've moved in there has been renovations done like the bacement ,kitchen and bathroom he did the hard labour I did all the painting.when the knee thing happened I didn't report it at the time brcause I had to go back I had nowhere else to go and still had to live there Can I get anything for what I've contributed in the 4 years even though it's his house and anything for the bodly harm done against me it happened in May of this year and I haven't been able to return to work since and still don't have full range of motion back. Can I get anything under the inrichment clause?
