built a house with the help of builder. We went over budget and have a few outstanding bills to creditors. I have asked one creditor in particular to advise in detail of what was purchased with regards to lumber and they are not cooperating. I was supposed to go over the bills with my builder but he is now on vacation until the new year. This creditor has advised that they will be placing a builders lien on the property and proceeding with litagation to enforce the lien. What can I do?
