I am typical college student and two years ago I was in a car accident, now the person I hit is trying to do a lawsuit against me because he wouldn't settle with my insurance for a claim amount. I have a lawyer from my insurance company but I don't know if I can trust him since I always feel like I am in the dark and that there is still much I don't really know. I don't know what I should do
