I was in a relationship for 10 years. My common law husband I bought a acerage in Alberta. He asked me to move out during a phone conversation in September 2007. I moved out in October 2007. He had redid the mortage in August prior to asking me to leave. We agreed to talk my name off the mortage due to bad credit. He paid me $10,000.00 and gave me some furniture to leave with. Do I have any rights against this property?
