my babies mother has recently decided she no longer wants me in the house.The house is in both names, but i pay for it. i no longer go to the house unescorted due to her making suggestions of calling the police because i am supposidly threatening her. when i have been there with the police to collect some belongings they have warned me that they will be adding in there report that she was under the influence of drink when wth the chidren(all under 2) do i need to apply for parental residencey order in the worse case senario the social services are involved? and how do i stand with entering my property?
