no you can't charge for satutory rape because once the girl turns 17 you are somewhat no longer incharge of her anymore if she runs away you cant call the cops, and the sexual legal age limit is 17, so she can only press rape charges if she wants but im guessin since she might be doin somethin, she wont want to.
