Custody change

I am a non-custodial parent and I live in kentucky. My Ex lives in Nebraska with our child who is now 14. Our child wishes to live with me now and both parents agree with this. We were divorced in Texas. What do we need to do to change me as the custodial parent?

my father had custody of my 6 year old he deid in the end of 07 then his sister took my child i was not in anyway at the time capitable of taking her iam now my aunty has no paper saying she has custody.i need to no my rights as a parent.
