Debt management co. not holding to agreement

I have been using a debt management co. for 3 yrs to pay off credit card debt. They haven't done what they said-settling for half the debt.They have settled 2 accts. for as much or 75% of debt.The other accts. have doubled since the beginning.What do I do now? My credit is ruined.Do I have any legal recourse against them? They haven't done what they agreed to do.
