my fatherhad custody of my child my father died at the end of 07.then his sister then took my child.she kept me from doin anything by saying there is child welfare involment but there isent.i really want my child home with me.i need to no if custody came back to me when he deid.also my aunt is no relation to my child my father was not my biological father.dont no if that helps
